Grace is a counseling professional with 17
years experience who works with individuals and families. She has clinical
experience working with children, adolescents and adults in a variety of
treatment settings.
In addition to being a clinical social worker, Grace has spent the last 9 years
expanding and refining her counseling services to include extensive training as
a professional life coach. She takes great joy in evoking the excellence each
individual has within their grasp.
Grace believes in a strengths based approach and starting “where the client is”.
Utilizing multiple counseling techniques in partnership with an emphasis on
intuition, she is able to find that “best fit” for each client situation. She
strongly believes that each client possesses all of the tools to reach their
goals, whether they be treatment or coaching goals, and the clinician is merely
the objective component on their journey.
Grace is sensitive to the demands of families of children with special needs.
She also has a great amount of compassion for the client experiencing major life
transitions, such as career changes, moving forward through grief, and preparing
for domestic adjustments such as marriage or divorce.. She assists her clients
to find the benefits of even the most challenging situations...in essences
seeking that silver lining in one's gray cloud.
Grace strongly feels her life's work is to be of service to others in a helping
profession. But, that she can only be the catalyst for the client's change. In
the end, each individual must decide whether or not to embark on a different
journey from where they currently are.
